Premium membership — $150/month

Best for: Women who typically need 2–4 visits a year and want reliable, direct access when needed.

Elite membership — $300/month

✓ Unlimited visits (excluding procedures)
✓ 15% off supplements (Nutrafol excluded)
✓ Priority scheduling within 48 business hours
✓ Special messaging line (M–F, 8–5)

Best for: Women who need ongoing or complex care, and want unrestricted access to their provider without per-visit fees.

We'll walk you through your options during the visit, and if you decide to join, your appointment can be applied toward your Membership plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The Premium Membership is $150/month and includes your annual exam, 2 consults, 10% off supplements, 50% off other visits, and access within 7 business days.
    The Elite Membership is $300/month and includes everything in Premium plus unlimited visits and faster scheduling—within 48 business hours—and 15% off supplements.

  • Yes. Procedures such as biopsies, LEEP, hysteroscopy, and hormone pellet insertion are billed separately from your membership.

  • Her Health is a cash-pay practice. While we don’t bill insurance, you may still use your insurance for outside labs, imaging, or prescriptions. We can provide superbills if you'd like to seek out-of-network reimbursement.

    • Cancel <30 days: Charged full price of your first visit

    • Cancel <6 months: Remainder of 6-month fees owed

    • Cancel >6 months: No additional fees
      All cancellations require 30 days’ notice. Memberships apply only to services after your enrollment date.

  • No. Membership benefits begin the day you enroll. Prior visits are not included retroactively.

    • Premium is perfect for women needing 2–4 visits a year and the peace of mind of direct access

    • Elite is best for women needing ongoing, complex care or who prefer unlimited access without added visit fees

  • Members receive a private messaging line available Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm for brief questions, follow-ups, and clarifications. Comprehensive issues are still best addressed in visits.
