Classic Annual – $450 (30 minutes)
Includes:
Breast exam & pelvic exam
Breast cancer screening management plan
Assessment of general health and screenings
Best for: The typical insurance-based annual exam experience, but with the time and attention you deserve.
Wellness Annual Package – $700 (60 minutes)
Includes everything in the Classic Annual plus:
Pap test
Vaginal health testing (pH testing)
Vaginal discharge testing (microscopy)
Bladder health testing (urine dip)
Pelvic floor exam & prolapse assessment
Portal messaging for 30 days
Best for: A full gynecologic physical check-up with thorough testing and follow-up support.
Comprehensive Annual Package – $1200 (60 minutes)
Includes everything in the Wellness Annual plus:
Pelvic ultrasound (screening or for a concern)
Hormones consult
Lab draw for hormone labs (labs billed to insurance or client billed)
Follow-up visit to review labs (within 60 days)
Portal messaging for 60 days
Best for: Women wanting an ultrasound, hormone discussion, or evaluation for abnormal periods or perimenopause.

A: Most women need a Pap smear every 3–5 years, but recommendations vary based on age and history. We’ll review your individual needs at your visit. Some women like to have it annually, and that is fine!

A: Absolutely. We welcome your questions and can address other concerns. Some concerns may need more time, in that case we will recommend a longer visit to ensure you have the time you need!
