Consults.

We offer two different packages for Consults or Acute Appointments:

Focused Consult: $350. 30 minutes.

  • Includes (if needed/indicated):

    • Physical exam

    • Vaginal testing (includes pH, microscope testing)

    • Bladder testing (urine dip)

    • *Any vaginal swabs sent to the lab are billed separately.*

  • This type of visit is ideal for concerns such as vaginal discharge/itching/odor, vulvar concerns, breast concerns, birth control discussions, prescription management.

    • Think simple or straightforward concerns!

Extended Consult: $700. 60 minutes.

  • Includes everything offered in Focused Consult above

  • Additionally, includes the following (if needed/indicated):

    • Pelvic ultrasound

    • Nursing visit for lab draw

  • This type of visit is ideal for concerns such as abnormal periods, hormone replacement therapy, perimenopause, PCOS, fertility/infertility, pregnancy confirmation, pelvic pain, surgery or procedure consult.

    • Think longer discussions or more complex concerns!

Annual Exams.

We offer three different packages for Annual Exams:

Classic Annual: $350. 30 minutes.

  • Includes breast exam, pelvic exam, breast cancer screening management plan, assessment of general health and screenings.

  • Pap not included, separately billed.

  • This visit is ideal for the typical insurance-based annual exam.

Wellness Annual Package: $700. 60 minutes.

  • Includes everything offered in Classic Annual above.

  • Also includes the following:

    • Pap test

    • Vaginal health testing (pH testing)

    • Vaginal discharge testing (microscopy)

    • Bladder health testing (urine dip)

    • Pelvic floor exam

    • Prolapse assessment 

    • Portal Messaging for 30 days

  • This visit is ideal for a full gynecologic physical check up.

Comprehensive Annual Package: $1200. 60 minutes.

  • Includes everything in the above Wellness Annual Package.

  • Also includes the following:

    • Pelvic Ultrasound (for screening or for a concern)

    • Hormones consult

    • Nurse visit to draw hormone labs (hormone labs billed to insurance or client billed)

    • Follow Up to review labs (within 60 days)

    • Portal Messaging for 60 days

  • This type of visit is ideal for the woman that wants an ultrasound or discuss abnormal periods or perimenopause.

Concierge Memberships.

We offer two types of Gynecology Concierge Memberships:

Premium Membership: $150/month.

  • Includes the following:

    • Annual exam (either the Wellness Annual or Comprehensive Annual Package)

    • Two acute visits

    • Supplements 10% off

    • All other visits (except procedures) 50% off

    • Priority appointment scheduling within 7 days

    • Special texting line for communication

  • This type of membership is ideal for the woman who needs 2-4 appointments per year and wants access.

Elite membership: $300/month.

  • Includes the following:

    • Annual exam (either the Wellness Annual or ComprehensiveAnnual Package)

    • Unlimited visits (except procedures)

    • Supplements 15% off

    • Priority scheduling within 48 hours (business days)

    • Special texting line for communication

  • This type of membership is ideal for the woman who needs ongoing care, whether for hormones or abnormal periods or recurrent concerns or just wants the peace of mind they have priority access.
